Consumer Warning: Sears Centre Arena uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should ensure that the seller is a Sears Centre Arena licensed ticket seller, such as the Sears Centre Arena Box Office, Sears Centre Arena by phone at (888) SEARSTIX, and the Sears Centre Arena official website at www.searscentre.com. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.

Saturday: 10am - 2pm (Box Office holds extended hours during a ticketed event)

Group Sales

Our Group Sales Program offers your group the opportunity to purchase tickets at a special price! Group discounts are available for most family shows and sporting events. Some concerts also offer ticket discounts for groups. Group size requirements vary for each show, but will generally start at 10 or more persons. Get your special discount price today!

Seat locations are determined by the date your order is placed. To assure your group quality seating, make your reservation as early as possible.

Premium Seating

Experience the suite life. The Sears Centre Arena has a limited number of suites available on either a per-event or annual basis to entertain new business partners, retain clients, reward employees, or to simply enjoy a night with family and friends.

Special Needs and Accessible Seating

The Sears Centre Arena is ADA compliant for accessibility including restrooms, parking, drop off lanes, and service counters. Accessible seating is located on the Sears Centre Arena arena floor (subject to event and availability) and main concourse level. Accessible seating may be purchased by calling 888-SEARS-TIX (732-7784).

Refund Policy

The resale or attempted resale of tickets at a price higher than the printed value is ground for seizure and cancellation of the ticket without refund or other compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources, lost, stolen, or counterfeit are void. Tickets are NOT redeemable for cash. NO REFUNDS-NO EXCHANGES. EVENT, DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

 

Print at Home FAQs
  1. Open the email sent by SpectraTickets-Sears@tix.comcastspectacor.com with the subject line of "Your Print-At-Home Tickets have arrived"

  2. To open your tickets double click on the attachment. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.0 or higher to view.

  3. Once you have opened your tickets you may save them on your computer or print them out right away.

  4. If you choose to save your tickets, make sure you save them under a file name you remember and although you may print out your tickets as many times as you would like, only one set of tickets will be allowed to be scanned at the event gate.

  5. Please make sure you also save your confirmation number for reference purposes.

  6. If you have any problems printing your tickets, please email us.
Ticket Re-Issue

If for any reason you lose the original tickets you were sent, you may have your tickets re-issued to your email box.

  1. To reissue your tickets, go online.
  2. Once successfully logged in, click on "My Account".
  3. Choose "Re-Issue Print-At-Home Tickets".
  4. ** Please note that if you reissue your tickets, the bar codes on your original attachment will be voided.
